Only submit an application form if you are confident that you are eligible for a permit. All applications processed are carefully checked. If the supporting evidence provided confirms that you were not eligible for a permit or that the application had been submitted fraudulently then the permit will be cancelled and you will not be eligible for a refund of any payment made.
